What CFB Planner is
CFB Planner is a free website, cfbplanner.com, and a Discord bot, CFB Planner Bot, for following college football: schedules and where to watch, reminders, live scores, pick'em, brackets, watch parties, friends and forums. There is no paid tier. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Using it
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that is higher.
Using the bot in Discord also means following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The forums and messages follow our Community rules.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account and what it holds at any time; the privacy notice says how, and what is kept.
We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the Community rules.
What you post
What you post — forum posts, messages, picks, the games you mark — stays yours. You let CFB Planner store it and show it to the people the privacy notice describes, as the site and the bot need to work. Don't post what you don't have the right to share.
Not allowed
Harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, anything illegal, sharing other people's private information, and getting around a block or a ban. Nor using CFB Planner to send unwanted messages, scraping it or loading it with automated traffic, or trying to break into it or around its limits.
The Discord bot
A server's managers choose where CFB Planner Bot posts, and can remove it at any time. What it posts and why is in the bot's guide. It asks Discord only for the permissions it uses.
Scores, schedules and predictions
Schedules, scores and statistics come from CollegeFootballData.com and can be late or wrong; check kickoff times and TV listings with the official sources. Predictions, win chances and betting lines are for fun and information only — not betting advice. Team names and marks belong to their institutions and appear for identification only.
No warranty
CFB Planner is provided as it is, without warranties, and may change, pause or stop. As far as the law allows, CFB Planner is not responsible for losses from using it or not being able to — a missed reminder, a wrong score, or a post that didn't go out.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Using CFB Planner after a change means you accept the new terms.
